Meet the Director
Founded by award-winning communications and engagement leader Gemma Gould, GemComm is a passion project, created to allow space for our consultants to flex their creative muscles and provide energetic and valued contributions.
Gemma is a passionate and committed strategic and corporate communications specialist. Known for going above and beyond, Gemma brings energy and enthusiasm to any project. She has almost 15 years’ experience in strategic communications, including transport and major infrastructure projects in the public and private sectors and an ASX top 15 listed company.
Gemma has held communications and leadership roles in both Queensland and Victoria across disability services, indigenous health, local government, state government, roads, rail, transport infrastructure and renewables.
Gemma’s aptitude for technology and interest in building efficiencies have led her to develop an industry-first planning, collaboration and reporting tool for clients on major projects in Melbourne as well as developing, delivering and updating a number of 3D models across the state.
She’s passionate about supporting other women in business and developing a deeper understanding across industry about what it means to be truly equitable, on our way to equality.
